Refund policy
To ensure the highest level of service, we accept returns of eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that items marked as Final Sale or Made to Order are considered definitive purchases and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
To qualify for a refund (exclusive of shipping fees), your return must be submitted within 14 days of initiating the request and must arrive in its original, pristine, and unworn condition. Returns that do not meet these standards will regrettably not be accepted.
Store credits and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for refund.
For items received more than 15 days after delivery, we are unable to process a refund or issue store credit.
